- Create publicity for a mail out to schnews / climate camp / noborders networks (mick)
- Liase with Highbury farm to check if they need stuff - food could well be a factor - also check to make sure that they will be taking care of toilet and fire facilities (mick)
- Tie down the workshops and who will be doing what (mike)
- Organise and book LTSP suite (mike/andy)
- Check what equipment we'll be needing for the mess tent (6x4m tent) ??
