Problem: too many very small working groups

Possible solution - group tasks to make fewer groups then facilitator to pro-actively allocate recruiters & starter-uppers for each:

Liaise with farm about

• food
• need for plates / glasses / mugs etc.
• straw bales
• payment
• toilets
• seat
• level of clutter in the barn

Publicity / outreach

• wiki
• update booking site blurb (mostly same as wiki)
• find social media channels / mailing lists / blogs to publicise

Bringing of stuff

• Power distribution
• Networks
• Projectors & screens
• Structures
• Driving a van (or two)
• Buying or borrowing anything we're missing

Registration & Welcome desk

• Reanimate registration site
• Set start & end dates for registration
• Set price (d/w farm liason) / concessions
• Set & keep on track budget
• Keep track of payments received
• Set up & oversee welcome process

Fun things

• fire - check wood supply with farm liaison
• booze - buy & haul
• run bar
• provide & manage entertainments
