Problem: too many very small working groups
Possible solution - group tasks to make fewer groups then facilitator to pro-actively allocate recruiters & starter-uppers for each:
Liaise with farm about
- food
- need for plates / glasses / mugs etc.
- straw bales
- payment
- toilets
- seat
- level of clutter in the barn
