Programme preparation

We have already produced and delivery the BGG 2009 text for web site and programme and delivered this to the BGG back in May in time to go on the site and into the programme.

Here's a suggestion for the daily schedule:

  • 09.00AM to 11.30AM: Technoyoga / Internet access / production meetings (in parallel)
  • 11.30AM to 13.00PM: Morning workshop
  • 13.00PM to 13.30PM: Overlap for lunch
  • 13.30PM to 15.00PM: Afternoon workshop
  • 15.00PM to 17.30PM: Internet access
  • 17.30PM to 19.00PM: Late afternoon workshop
  • 19.00PM to 21.00PM: Internet access
  • 21.00PM to 00.00AM: Films

That gives seven hours over to Internet access and four and a half over to workshops each day.
