There is no form to fill in, we're doing it over email this time. Follow these steps carefully:
- Decide whether you will pay the standard charge of £45 for the whole event, or if you are coming for a single day only, the reduced amount of £20. If you would like a concession, email us with your contact details so that we can discuss it with you.
- If you have any access requirements, contact us to discuss them before booking. We will try to meet everyone's needs but there are limits to what we can do.
- Compose an email to us like this, copy/pasting and putting real data in place of [tags]:
TO: hl2025 _at_ hacktionlab _dot_ org SUBJECT: HL2025 booking for [name] BODY: Hey HacktionLab! I would like to book a place at HacktionLab 2025. I will be arriving at this time and date: [arrival] I will be leaving at this time and date: [departure] My food allergies or dietary requirements are: [food_issues] My access needs, as I discussed with you already, are: [access_issues] As soon as you send me the bank details, I will make a bank transfer of [amount] to the HacktionLab bank account using the reference that you give me.
- We will reply with our bank details and a reference for you to use.
- Make the bank transfer using the reference we provided you.
- Await our confirmation before you book your transport.
