    • Fire & fire safety - Woodsy - make sure there's enough fire extinguishers, I have two.
    • Toilets & Pissoirs - Highbury Farm
    • Signage - Woodsy / Acesabe
    • Electricity - on site / Mike
    • Internet connectivity - on site / Acesabe / BenG

    • First aid - kit and first aiders - can we specially ask people if they are first aiders when they fill in the booking form? --Penguin 20:46, 1 March 2011 (UTC) - markr is I believe, can we put this out to the list please?
  • Workshops
  • Food
    • Crew - Becky and HF crew, but we need volunteers to help with mealtimes and food prep, please email list and put your name down when you arrive.
    • Kitchen space - sorted, using the farm's kitchen, but also a drinks and lunches space in the barn.
    • Meal planning - Becky.
  • Bar
    • Crew - Rich H - bar volunteers would be good.
    • Providing farmhouse cyder in sweet and dry varieties from Severn Cider (local producer). Ale from Avon Brewing Company in Bristol (Boris et al. at Avon Brewing have been primed Woodsy 07:47, 27 May 2011 (UTC)). Fruit juices. Not doing perry or wine as we had loads left over last year as nobody drank it!
  • Ents (MikeH at present) - if you can compare, please step forward.
    • Band bookings
    • DJ booking
    • Open mic/stage
    • Kit - Mike H can supply mics, stands, leads, mixing desk and electro-accoustic guitar.
    • Films - screenings on Friday and Saturday, some folks have pledged some films, but do bring more.
  • Structures & spaces (MikeH and BenG)
    • Workshop space 1 - Barn.
    • Workshop space 2 - Marquee - Mike H and Penguin, TVCA marquee from Oxford.
    • Workshop space 3 - The Lounge - room in the farmhouse.
    • Workshop space 4 - possible tent from Cambridge, Party Tent from Bristol, or sitting on the grass, poss share with Barn
    • Kids space - Party Tent from Bristol Wireless.
    • Bathroom - needs volunteers to sort, poles and tarps and washing/shower set up would be good.
  • Network & facilities
    • Farm/Site ADSL/Cable - does it need an upgrade? Can QOS be implemented. I
      • Network availability is a common problem for squats and field media centres, so let's use this as an opportunity to demonstrate the various solutions for the problem of limited bandwidth, i.e. setting up a squid proxy; filtering out advertisements; making a group agreement about not downloading large files or streaming video when people are trying to work; routing over 3G; QoS (per client and per port.)     • Satellite dish - do we need/use it? Does it work? It works, but not sure if we'll use it - Mike H to look into, but get in touch with him if necessary.
